TON, Mattayom 3

The picture story above (click to enlarge) was originally made to be used as a speaking test. However, we have used it as a test of writing skills with the students asked to write what has happened in the story. Before beginning the students are given help, depending on their ability, to write the story. For example at lower levels the students may be pre-taught the appropriate vocabulary and tense form, and given questions to answer to guide their story-telling.
From Cambridge Young Learners English Tests, Movers 3, Second edition.
This is Ton's story.

One day in the afternoon, two people, father and son went to the park. They were fishing. The son saw that in the river had fishes. His father ate the sandwich. In the park had the trees and river, it was very cool, but they didn't get the fish. They were sad. The bucket was empty. After that, have an elephant. One elephant went to father and son and it blew the fish down in the bucket. They were happy.
